We also offer:
  • Utilities ready service - while preparing the foundations, we can excavate trenches for and install drains, soil pipes, soakaways, manholes, inspection chambers, pipework and ducting ready for utilities connections 

Walls (ICF) 

  • THERMOMUR® Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) to your desired u-value 
  • ICF construction
  • Installation of steels
  • Creation of openings
  • Installation of first floor joist hangers
  • Concrete pours 
We also offer:
  • Base coat rendering - ready for the addition of wood  or PVC cladding, brick or stone finish
  • Base and top coat rendering to finish the look in a colour of your choice

Roof 

  • Installation of first floor joists and floorboards 
  • Installation of the roof plate and rafters
  • Installation of roof membrane and battens
We also offer:
  • Installation of warm roof insulation 
  • Installation of fascias, soffits and guttering (not including down pipes)
